A few months ago, Adobe stopped supporting Flash for Android devices and removed the Flash Player app from Google Play. However, many people want Flash Player on their devices because many websites still use Flash technology.
Fortunately, Adobe maintains an archive of all Flash Player versions released to date, so there is still a way to get Flash Player for your mobile phone or tablet if you are running any Android version below 4.1, which was never supported.

Copy the APK to your phone and run it from your favorite file browser. In order to install applications by using this method, you will have to enable the “Unknown sources” option (Settings> Applications> Unknown sources).
