We present another model of smartphone presented by HTC along with the HTC Desire 300. On this occasion it is closer to the middle range and is also built on plastic along the lines of the HTC One.
In fact, it resembles the HTC One Mini and we might think even, if we don’t know its specifications, it was that phone. But where we find the differences is in the interior, where the features are quite more modest and that’s what we show below.
Technical specifications
– Display of 4.5 inch with resolution 960 x 540 pixels and a pixel density of 245 ppi.
– Processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual core at 1.4 GHz.
– Memory RAM of 1 GB and internal storage of 8 GB expandable through microSD cards.
– 5 megapixel rear camera capable of recording video in Full HD and a front camera with VGA resolution, ideal for video calls.
– Connectivity is quite comprehensive, taking into account the range that this smartphone is for. We have Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, etc.
– 10 mm thick and 130 grams weight.
– Android 4.2 with HTC Sense and BlinkFeed.
– 2,100 mAh battery.
Availability
At the moment we do not know its price, nor operators that will be available in Spain, but surely we will see something else in IFA 2013 in a few days.
As much as possible is that the price is not too high, and as for the release date is spoken the Desire 601 could reach major markets by the end of this month of September.
