Today we turn to bring a dose of entertainment in industrial quantities. The other day we already talked about the remake of Pac-Man, and today we talk about another true classic like Sonic.
Sega has confirmed in the Game Developers Conference 2013 that the game on Sonic The Hedgehog will go on sale next April in Google Play, and it will not be an emulation of the famous game released in 1991, but will be a entirely new version, written from scratch and remodeled as it did with the new version of Sonic CD.
This new version of Sonic The Hedgehog for Android will be fully adapted to the brand new wides creens without distorting the image as often happens in the emulators.
The game will run at 60 fps stable and will have a special game mode, Time Attack, to compare our times with people around the world. It goes on sale at a price of $2.99.
Also, Sega has taken to confirm that a continuation is coming to Android in the future, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, a sequel that will be completely new and remastered.
We look forward to these new versions after the good reception given to Sonic CD a while ago…
